Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PMO Assistant to support our Project Management Office (PMO). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and eager to grow in a project-driven, technical setting. You’ll work closely with project managers and engineering teams across global locations, supporting project execution through coordination, documentation, and communication.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Provide administrative support to ensure smooth PMO operations in line with project methodologies.

·       Manage project documentation — including creation of user stories, task lists, schedules, reports, and project/product specifications — using tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

·       Coordinate meetings — prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

·       Maintain high document standards and compliance with internal information policies.

·       Support project planning and reporting — create reports and summaries for leadership.

·       Generate and distribute regular reports on team activity, project status, progress, and KPIs.

·       Perform additional tasks as needed to support efficient PMO delivery.

Job requirements

Requirements:

·       2+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or administrative roles, ideally within a technical or engineering environment.

·       Familiarity with project management methodologies & frameworks such as Agile - Scrum, or Kanban.

·       Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.

·       Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.

·       Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines

 

Nice to have:

·       Basic understanding of software development or DevOps concepts.

·       Experience supporting software engineering teams or working in product-driven teams

or
